We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is required
When canceling or rescheduling an appointment please kindly give 24 hour notice. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged in the amount of $25 of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
No Shows will result in a 50% charge of the service at the discretion of the service provider. Please be considerate to your esthetician and other clients needing that time that is set aside for you.
No Show - No Callvoids gift certificate and results in 100% charge of your scheduled service.
We will happily accept your discount voucher if valid. You may purchase the offer price in our studio if you wish. Please note that only ONE voucher is valid per client, one additional may be purchased as a gift for someone else. All vouchers are only valid for clients who have NOT been to the studio in the past 4 months.
Any appointment booked with a voucher must be canceled or rescheduled 24 hours before the scheduled appointment or else it will be marked void.
