I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

12 hours advance notice is required

Esthetic Beauty values the time spent with each client greatly. If you are unable to make your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible so that can open the slot for someone else. When canceling or rescheduling  an appointment please kindly give me 12 hours notice. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. 

Appointment cancellations without at least 12hrs notice will be charged $25.00 each.
